Very good company, nice people perfect service

The contract specified a delivery period of 7 days, but the product actually arrived 4 days beyond the agreed timeframe. This delay led to our inability to fulfill our commitment to our customer and, consequently, they ended up purchasing an alternative product. It's important to note that this was an interim order, as we had procured couple pallets for an existing customer who had previously been selling the seller's product before receiving a container from the same seller. Had we been aware of the delay, we would not have proceeded with the purchase. The transaction was intended for product delivery within the California, and it appears that the seller readily makes commitments they are unable to honor once the contract is in effect. This raises concerns about the seller's approach to business trust and reliability.
